I actually got two separate letters from so-called "spanish lotteries" informing me I had won. Now imagine this. They target people by letter. To make it worth their while, they must target a lot of people. That is a lot of stamps. Which cost money. Which leads me to the very depressing conclusion that there must therefore be a significant number of idiots still falling for this scam.
