Hope everyone is having a good summer. Mine's been.. i guess not terrible. Could be stressful if I let it. But that's been my year. ha.

Anyway - I have a friend in Colombia. Just purchased a new pc - stuck with Windows 7 Home. He wants to upgrade to Pro, but can't.. seems like he can't in Colombia? So, we're looking for a proxy server to make it look like he's in the USA. A web-based one won't work, he says. I had found something (link below) - but he cannot get it to work. Any ideas/suggestions? I really need him upgraded (he's one of my programmers)
