latest bug found by my wife, put a cd of photographs in the drive and view them as a slide slow via windows explorer, then when she tried to print a picture using the menu it told us that the file was no longer available, maybe a networked device had been disconnected the message opined.
The file was still available, it was sitting on the cd in the drive. The file wasn't being accessed over a shared network folder as they'd suggested, didn't vesta know this?
What's great is that you seem to have to pay to report this stuff to microsoft.

Have you double-checked the "CD" just in case you or your "wife" accidentally tried inserting a potato?

baldrick you said "wife" as if I haven't really got one, do you take me for a social retard or something? Although in fact, I think I might be one.

Here is Windows' always helpful link about printer problems in their typical "you are obviously too stupid to use a computer" format. http://windowsh...-408f-a036-7978a618d7a21033.mspx
More than likely it is a printer driver problem. Check the manufacturer's site for an updated driver. A lot of drivers that came with Vista are fucked up.

I was just introduced to Mac OSX, it doesn't have these problems. At first, not being able to do cmd line bs bothered me, but seriously, this OS, once you get used to the quirks (no real Finder App (Find File app), it pretty much is flawless). Took me awhile to stop bitchen and complaining, if they werent so damn expensive, Mac would be next machine.

I hate Mac because of the stereotypical artsy fartsy people that love them. No one with a pony tail, a hemp shirt and talks like a faggot can be right about anything.
